If you > like the design and want it made bigger, it shouldn't be a problem. Got mine from Arlington's in Hatton Garden, they have sorted them twice and I have gone up 4 sizes due to having a baby!!! I must admit that I now wear my great aunt's ring and the little diamond (when we say little we are talking speck of dust size!) ring is in my jewellery box but only because the " arms " had worn away and it kept catching on my tights.
