You moderators and the rest on this forum are life savers I was previously topbrokesf and changed my login as I wanted to keep everything on the chelation in one email location I cut back on this round to 7.5 mgs DMPS (every 4 hours) and 3 mgs ALA...and its like I am finally finding my old self back I also added a few more things at the beginning of this round that i think also helped ** Borage Oil (2grams a day) ** Flax Oil (3 grams a day) ** Vinpocetine (for head) ** Rhodiola (for head) ** Berberine (for liver) ** Siberian Eleuthero Root extract Powder _Imperial Elixir brand) (this in addition to 50 different pills of vitamin B's; vitamin D; molybedenum; Vitamin E; B12; niacinamide; taurine and zinc; milk thistle, fish oil tablets, DHA tablets and enzymes along with chroium picolinate, Betaine HCL and biotin that i have been taking for the last 2.5 months ** Hydrocortisone: I started taking my HC 10 mgs at 2:00 am in the morning; I have found it helps me sleep better; 5 mgs at 6 am with breakfast and 5 mgs at 2 pm. It seems to help me more this way as I definitely feel more optimism and can do a little bit more (did some trampoline for lymphs) and went to a great movie on sat Night )the other Boleyn Sister or whatever and was able to enjoy talking about it later for an hour or so with my girlfriend(usually its too hard for me to be engaging late at night or anytime for that matter And did some more moderate yard work on saturday/ ** magnesium aad vitamin C for regularity ** inositol for liver ** I am also on 50 mgs 3 times a day of 7 keto Dhea and pregneneolone for adrenals. Adrenal Cortex doesn't seem to do anything for me **oh yes, castor oil galbladder packs as well (3 nights on 1 off) ** Also I went hard core on the diet a week ago (before I started this round) and eliminated all sugars, (no fruit juices) and caffeine and completely avoided all processed food. Now its just green drink, protein (Chicken) peanut butter (organic) and herbal tea and daily apple/banana. I also made an organic soup (chicken carrots, potataoes, corn with some organic soup mix (OK I know this is a little processed but I used the organic stuff). I have tested positive for candida and believe everyone of us have it in some degree with the mercury ** There are a few other things I am taking for lymph drainage (red clover and some other tincture. i forgot it at work) ** OH yes I started taking oreganol P73 a very high potency and concentrated form of oreganol..I had a bad flu/cold/coughthat really wiped me out last week. Oreganol is supposed to help with all sorts of bad thinsg (microbial, parasites, bacteria and viral)...Youa re supposed to take lots of probiotics with it as I am sure it can also wipe out good bacteria ** I cut back my melatonin when someone pointed out that it can hurt your adrenals. I was taking 15-20 mgs a night and am now down to 5 mgs with clonezapan and sleeping much better ** I also started taking mid day naps for an hour or so which also seems to help Sorry for the long post, But something or everything is working NO where near back to ground zero yet but am functioning a lot better not as many depressed moments/hours/days Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
