As you probably know, there are times when you can't determine what you're reacting to. In my opinion, the process of chelation will often be difficult to determine too... You are so right, Donna. I often can't be sure if it's food or a fragrance that brought on a reaction, so guess I will just have to dive in! Deborah, thanks for your input too. It really helps to feel supported with this.
