Guest guest
mmmmm....., you and I have the same likes wwhen it comes to eggs. The sandwhiches absolutely must have so much egg filling that they squish out the side and you have to keep your eye on all four sides and be ready to lick the excess off!!! lol how old are your grandkids? i have only one and she turns 2 years old June 13. She is adorable of course and as red headed as i once was and her mother still is.....a temper to match will follow soon i suppose. LOL.....my mom always said someday i would have a kid just like me...i did...then i told my daughter she would have a kid just like her...she does she just hasn't seen it yet LOL hugs, Theresa > > I have had the grandkids here for two weeks and we did the 'ol easter egg hunt at the park. they only had the plastic eggs with the candy inside, so we came home and hard boiled some real eggs, colored them, hid them and whoa-la---we have been eating eggsssss for a while. > I do like deviled eggs and egg salad sandwiches especially if the eggs are warm. I have found that if you take a refrigerated hard boiled egg and put it in HOT water and let it set for 2-3 minutes the shell comes off easier and it tastes better also. The sandwich has to be loaded with the egg salad to the point that when you eat it --the eggs come squeishing out the side and you have to lick the side of the sandwich before it falls out. The deviled eggs have to have the right amount of vinegar topped off with paprika. > There----now we have had our virtual lunch and I have to get a glass of ice cold milk to wash it down. The End. > G. UIP/IPF 5/07 AZ. >
Guest guest
If I ever get to your place , it's egg salad sandwiches and if I get to Peggy's house it's pineapple upside down cake. Gee, I could eat myself across the country! Right now I'm going to have a bowl of shredded wheat w/banana over top. cya. MamaSher; 70, IPF 3-06, OR.
