garlic; but the reason that garlic redistributes mercury is because it

is high in sulfur!

Iv'e never had a problem with dairy, eggs,

onions, beans/peas, etc. Just garlic is a problem, and as you know,

even though garlic is high in sulfer it also redistributes mercury

which can cause very unpleasant symptoms. So, I really think I have

allot of mercury stored in my brain, and that's why I can only

tolorate a very low dose of ALA. But I will keep the sulfer issue in

mind just in case.
