Yes, protein is hard on the liver. On the other hand, you need a lot of

small high protein meals if you have adrenal insufficiency. So, it's a

bit of a bind ...

QUESTION

It seems per AI (page 41 graph) that high protein diet can be bad for

phase 1 which andy says is associated with/the cause of MCS .

Yet it seems to be common practise to recommend protein diet as I

believe it is easier on body to digest or helpful in some way...So I

am presuming in this case with what my liver has going on... a low

protein diet would be better for a while
