Are you taking Vitamin E? I read something somewhere (sorry I can't

quote the source) that said that if you were taking CLO that it was

very important to also be taking a good Vitamin E source, either wheat

germ oil or vitamin E. I don't remember what this doctor said would

happen without the vitamin E, except that it would make matters worse

than not taking the CLO at all. I found it convincing at the time and

started taking wheat germ oil (since I do not have a gluten problem)

with my CLO. Seems to be better since then. Now I also take Vitamin

E, since it's on Andy's supplement list.

I don't know which 4 brands you've tried, but I've been happy with the

Green Pastures brand Blue Ice Pure CLO. However, I did have to build

up my dose very slowly.

Is it only CLO that does that to you? Have you tried different

brands? Some brands may have traces of heavy metals and PCBs, that

could do something like you describe to a sensitive individual.

The only CLO that I am confidant doesn't have contaminants is Nordic

Naturals. There may be others that I am not aware of.

You could try taking the vit A as a separate supplement (I buy 10,000

iu from WalMart).

Hi ,

When I started chelation, I was taking NOW A&D softgels (10K IU

Vitamin A) (2 per day), but after my adrenal problems got worse, I

symptoms of fatigue and brain fog. I tried NOW Vitamin A softgels (25K

IU) and had the same problem. I now take Twinlab A&D capsules (2 per

day) which is a dry formulation meant for sensitive people, and I have

had none of the previous problems.

I have the same problems with oil-based vitamin E (I tried 3 different

types). Jarrow's Dry E 400 works for me though. I take 2 per day.

It could be a soy sensitivity however I can take NOW Super EPA fish

oil which contains some soy with no problem. But NOW Lecithin Triple

Strength oil-based softgels definitely cause problems for me.
