Guest guest
Hi folks, So many people on the list going through such tough stuff and I am praying for them. Seems like my little problem shouldn't be a problem at all but it is too me. I've had a rough few days with the bowels being more or less regulated. I am getting lots of tiny movements so my question is what about the Metamucil/Citrucell stuff. Can someone share again how and when they take it. I also ate something that set up the burn for two days; I actually had to leave a get-to-gether to go home and sit in the tub. The only thing I can think of is italian ice, ice pop and/or mild salsa. Anyone? Karima Let a man set his heart only on doing the will of God and he is instantly free...
Guest guest
I know what you mean Karima, I whine and complain about this little stuff and look what some of others are going through. I shut my mouth and pray for them. I have no cause to complain at all. LOL... I am betting on the salsa, mild or no that can cause a burn... LOL If you have some aqua phor use that, it helps... I know Jolene PS I had good night for a change. Went to bed about midnight and acutally slept until 4:30 am. that hasn't happened in awhile that I have slept more than and hour or two at a stretch. Back still hurts in one area but it is bearable and I am going to take something for pain soon. Have my Onc appt today, not that he will do anything but if I can get some pain med for my back that would be a big big help. Need to see my primary though. Had a good thunderstorm about time I got up, and think it is finally over. Heard a thump out side and sure enough I lost a branch of the pecan tree.Thankfully it did not land on the house. I dread some of those big tall branches breaking off ina good wind. Pecan tree brances are really brittle, they will break in a heart beat especially if we have not had regular rain fall, and it has been dry here lately. Just enough rain to keep grass from burning up and that is it. Well best get busy while I feel like doing something. Take care JOlene Barbara Gari wrote: > Hi folks, > So many people on the list going through such tough stuff and I am > praying for them.
