Supplements should be taken all the time, on rounds and off. A few other comments below. > Curcumin w/peperine 800 mg x 2 > NAC 600 mg x 2 These are sulfury. Some people tolerate them, some don't. > Selenium 200mcg x 2 > Ess. Fatty Acids 1800 mg x 2 > CoQ10 100 mg x 2 > Vitamin E 400 IU x 2 > Vitamin C None Do you have problems with vitamin C? It is central to a good supplement program for mercury toxicity. > Silymarin 600 mg x 2 > Quercetin 500 mg x 2 > Ginger Root 1100 mg x 2 > Sam-e 400mg x 1 > Artichoke Leaf 500mg x 2 > Quercetin 500mg x 2 > Flaxseed Oil 1000mg x 2 You could use a lot more flaxseed oil. > Mineral Support x 2 You would not be able to get enough zinc, molybdenum, and magnesium in a combo supplement. Many of us benefit from other minerals at higher doses, too. > Periodic Lactobacillus & digestive enzymes. You may find it much better do take these all the time rather than periodically. ---
Guest guest
Maybe it's the brain fog but for the life of me I can't figure sulphur foods/supplements out. If I am intolerant how would I know? Where is a list of sulphur foods? Should I eat them only off round if at all? I normally have no dietary restrictions. I now take 1mg of buffered Vitamin C. For some reason more causes abdominal cramps and diarrhrea. Where do I find adrenal depletion symptoms? " You could use a lot more flaxseed oil. " How much more? What does it do? " Mineral Support x 2 > > You would not be able to get enough zinc, molybdenum, and magnesium > in a combo supplement. Many of us benefit from other minerals at > higher doses, too. " How would I know if I am deficient in these three? I have had 2 hair tests done. " Periodic Lactobacillus & digestive enzymes. " More than periodic gives me diarrhea. Thanks, Mark >> > Here is my current regimen. If I am intolerant how would I know? You would exclude them for a week or so, then eat some and see how you feel over the next few days. The reaction may not be obvious unless you exclude them rigorously. > Where is a list of sulphur foods? You can find a list in the book (one correction to the book's list is beans/peas should be in the high sulfur list). I think Moria's website has a list, too (look for the section on sulfur in the Andy Index). Should I eat them only off round if > at all? If you are high cysteine (have a negative response after re-introduction in the dietary experiment above), you need to exclude them all the time.
