ly I'm not sure what to say. I'd need more details of what is actually

happening, but

9 cycles of ALA isn't going to get your brain all cleared up. Don't know whta

the bounce is

from. Don't suppose you have any mainstream evaluation of it?

For many people, 25 mg is a very big dose this early in chelation.

I suggest trying 12.5 mg for a few rounds and see if things improve.

When you are ready to increase, a few months at 18 mg is a good idea

before jumping to 25 mg.

It would help if you talk about when the symptoms occur - are they

more on rounds or off? do they start on round and worsen over the

days of the round? how do you feel on the day or two after the

end of the round? It can also help to talk about what type of

symptoms you are having.

With recurrence of symptoms in brain, would it be better

day

As long as you take at least as many days off as on, you are working

within Andy's guidelines.

Mercury causes oxidative stress. Doing things to increase oxygenation

a lot could increase oxidative stress. I am not knowledgable about

this therapy, but it sounds risky to me and is certainly not part of

Andy's protocol.

Lots of doctors claim to have experience detoxing mercury toxic

people. A great many of them recommend harmful supplements,

therapies, or other interventions. These would include chlorella,

cilantro, IV glutathione, high sulfur diets or supplements in a

sensitive person, and others.

but she hasn't read your book.

Some of them are fine people, but this does not lessen the damage

they can cause.

> Have been supplementing regularly.

I suggest checking the book for Andy's supplement and dosage

recommendations. Some people need more than the basic supplements

to suppress symptoms during chelation.

Mercury does not come out of the brain on its own. It only

comes out with chelators.

I entirely agreed with him.

Hi Ken,

Kirkman has 25mg ALA.

Question: I cannot find ALA in doses under 100mg. I have a pill cutter

that allows me to get 25mg, by cutting the tablet in quarters, but

the pill crumbles if I try to go lower. Do you know of any supplier

that provides ALA in smaller dosages? Either tablet or capsule is OK

with me.
