Dianna....please don't " order " snow, until after we up to visit

Gettysburg...LOL How's Mom and Sis doing?? And now that Mom can hear, have

you gotten

caught saying something real low to someone else, thinking Mom still can't

hear and gotten caught by Mom?? I know that happened to us a lot.... we would

think her hearing aids were turned down or not in her ears and say

things...that she heard.... LOL

Mom's doing pretty good, she's off chemo for awhile, her colonoscopy last week

had 2 polyps the doc removed and they are going to wait now and do another scan

later to see if the spots on her chest have changed. They have stayed the same

for months so they dont think it's cancer. My sister has finished her chemo and

has to see her oncologist to determine what's next. They are both beginning to

feel a bit better. Patsy was horrified that her hair was growing in snow white

(she has a different cancer so lost her hair from her chemo) but now some is

coming in brown, so she feels some relief. She has said she'll have to be

careful what she says when mom uses the hearing aids as she sometimes talks

under her breath, ahaha. Mom doesnt use the hearing aids alot, shes very

stubborn but she will put them in for company, she can hear better at home with

them. We just have to make her do it, as we have to make her do everything else.

Kind of like she did when we were little : ). Thanks for

asking. I'll slow down wishing for snow, but really hate the heat and have

preferred winter since I've gotten older. Ok I'll wish for October how's that?

Hope all is going better for you and Glenn. ~~Dianna

Dianna, I personally hate the cold and snow. I mean a little of it is

fine. But hate driving in it and getting all wet from it. I spend a

lot of time outdoors (when I am feeling beter anyway) and rather have

warm weather then the cold. Cold makes your bones hurt. Makes my feet

and hands raw and numb. Yes, we can all wish for October weather all

year around. That would be alright. Ingrid
