Guest guest
Robin: You can rest easy; Andy has said many times that there is no reason to change your mineral supplement intake on-round. This is a common misperception. Dean TK--- Take all vits and minerals all the time, on and off round. Re: sleeping through the night... Re: Re: Chelation Everyday oops.. one more thing on sleep as this was a big obstacle for me for years... natural remedies that continue to help me from time to time are, as mentioned, melatonin (taken at 8pm,) the amino acid l-tryptophan ( " doctor " s best " brand finally started making it again) and, finally, a fizzy drink mix called " ionic fizz " . it's gluten free and i swear by it. it's a magnesium/mineral supplement that's easily absorbable (was always a problem with my celiac-destroyed gut). anyway i feel rested without being knocked out. (slightly off-topic i like tyrosine in the morning to help with feelings of depression.) now, i don't know if these things are okay with the cutler protocol (as i still haven't received my book) and i'm pretty sure we shouldn't be taking magnesium or other mineral supplements while in the chelating round but i DO know that they have all contributed to my getting great sleep and feeling, generally, human during the day. ~robin
