So what is inside the root canals? (was Re: Can I do Chelation with a Dental...)

Hello.

I am in the process of removing amalgam from my mouth, I have three

crowns and another three amalgams.

My (Hg-free) dentist told me that for sure there is no amalgam along

the canals. If there is amalgam under the crown, she said, we'll find

it only on the top, where the crown is. She said she is sure about

this because of how root canals are done.

So, it might happen that she is wrong and:

- she removes the possible amalgam from the top,

- she sees another material under the amalgam apparently without Hg

- so she stops working down along the canal but

- under this material remains hidden more amalgam?

In the x-rays picture of the mouth it is seen very white stuff down

long thru the canals.

Should I ask her to dig anyway until the end of the canal is seen? Is

that possible?

Or maybe the only Hg-safe procedure is to pull out these teeth?

Thank you in advance.

Happy Christmas to everybody!

---------I don't have any personal experience with root canals, but have read

that they can cause alot of health problems, and others here or on the

adult-metal-chelation group have said the same, so some people would tell you to

get them pulled. Search for recent posts about root canals.---------Jackie
