I've never tried them and I think I would ask about it with the chemo since

you have to be careful even in natural sunlight. Another idea might be spray

on tanning products like QT.

Another idea go to a nice department store cosmetic counter and tell them

your problem and why you have it. Sometimes they'll do a makeover for you with

pretty new colors that will really perk you up.

Hope this helps

Hi Everyone:

This is a stupid question but I really don't know the answer. I am so

pale white I cannot stand it. I have to wear a beautiful dress and go

to an event tomorrow evening. I do not and never have gone to tanning

beds. I know they aren't healthy. But, if I went just one time today

to get a tiny little color, would it be really bad?

Jergens? :)

Me too. I'm pretty pleased with it except it does show darker in places where

skin is rougher, such as elbows, knees, etc.

I am no doctor, but I recall somewhere that the 5-FU makes you more sun

sensitve and you burn easier. So I would use a cream or spray on

instead. Sure would hate for you to get a burn. Ingrid
