Guest guest
, thanks so much for posting this and being so honest. The emotional stuff can be the hardest sometimes. I knew Andy mentioned something about this in AI, so your post made me go find it. On page 72 he writes, " The physical symptoms resolve before the emotional ones. " And, " You are poisoned. You are not CRAZY. Sometimes you might ACT crazy until the mercury is gone. You might even FEEL crazy while there is a bunch of mercury banging around in your head. When it is gone, you might need some time to cope with all the emotional baggage it left behind. " I think we all can relate to that.---------Jackie In frequent-dose-chelation scottinfowlerville wrote: I feel like breaking things, > telling people to bug off. Anyone know what I mean???? Guest guest
.....OH YEAH!! I know what this feels like. It has diminished greatly but I use to touch my children gently when I had these feels just to prove I could make to choice of being gentle. I would feel so angry. I had very sad moments with my oldest before I understood. I do know that on some rounds I have more anger than others - none as much as I used to. Going on 5 HTP I think was what really helped. I wish I had more helpful comments to make but I really, really do understand your comment. At one point I no longer knew who I was. Also Andy says that the emotional stuff you experience with ALA usually is consistent - so some people get angry, others sad, others depressed, etc. He says that the pattern usually stays the same and does not get worse. (This was not written to me but said in a consultation conversation) You might also want to find a good cranial sacral person who does emotional release work. I have done that before to great effect. Hang in there. colette

Guest guest
I would add that mindfulness meditation, after some training period, is a very powerful tool to deal with anger and other " bad " emotions. Maybe you would like to read " Mindfulness in Plain English " , by Bhante H. Gunaratana. It is freely available in the web. Guest guest
Hi Jackie, I am sure Andy has referred to this in either books or posts. I did cranial during amalgam removal which took about 9 months to complete. I also did one or two just after but lately I haven't - mostly because I can't drive myself to a practisioner who lives just outside of town. I am trying to find someone in town. colette > You might also want to find a good cranial sacral person who does > emotional release work. Guest guest
Jackie, YOu have helped by reminding me of the ups and downs.
