Guest guest
I've taken a break from ala because I had such a horrid reaction to the last 2 rounds I did. It turns out, the batch I was using had gluten in it and I have problems with gluten. Now, last week I started an anti-candida diet and after taking 2 potent probiotic pills I had another horrific reaction. So, I've slowed down the probiotics and am continuing on the no sugar diet. Tough! Not sure if I'm ready to start up chelation again. Maybe at 6 mgs but I don't want to push it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Val
Guest guest
Val, can you name the brand of ALA that has gluten? That would be an issue for me and my children and I'd like to avoid the problem. Thanks, Helen
