In this case you START with adrenal support, > like adrenal cortex extract, licorice, etc. Often DHEA, 7 keto DHEA > and pregnenolone may help. A couple years ago, when I tried DHEA I became terribly dizzy for about eight hours. Although I see it recommended often, I'm a little concerned about trying it again. Any ideas about why the dizziness? I can take pregnenolone just fine.. ~robin
Guest guest
Robin, that happens to me when I take Choline or lecithin. When I tried DHEA (a couple times many years apart) and Pregnenalone (a couple times also years apart) both caused huge depression issues for me, I literally walked around crying all the time for no reason, had never done that before. So I'm wondering why these reactions also? Marcia > Any ideas about why the dizziness? I can take pregnenolone just fine.. ~robin .

You just made me remember that the other thing, other than DHEA, that made me so terribly dizzy like that was chromium picolinate. I wonder if there's a connection? ~robin
