--------I'm not sure what Andy would say about the extra zinc, but I

do know that he says that " selenium is potentially toxic at doses

not far from those used in supplementation " . See page 162 of AI.

So I would be very concerned about that much selenium, it is more

than double the recommended dose.---------Jackie

------Also, I don't know if it's in all of their stuff, but one of

their items I looked at, link in another post, it contained NAC and

broccoli, which are both sulfury. So that may be another concern,

if you're sulfur sensitive.---------Jackie
