Beverley - praying that everything goes well and that you are up

and about as soon as possible. my step mum went through this

last year (she is only 49) and I know what it was like for her. I

really hope everyone is ready to give you lots of help so you can

rest as much as you want .

Please stay on the list - we are all here for you - it doesn't matter

that you won't be an active member - you're still a mummy!

Sending healing hugs!!!!

Beverley, I don't know what to say except to send you lots of cyber

hugs <<< >>> and say that you'll be in my thoughts and prayers next

week. I hope the op goes well and that you get plenty of support

both physical and emotional. You know where we are if you need to

talk.

Beverley,

I know my situation is not the same as yours as I had my own

hysterectomy after 8 kids, admittedly I was still quite young too

(mid forties), but I do remember the feeling of loss and of choices

being taken away forever, and I empathise. HUGS. However to put a

positive slant on it, I feel so much better than I ever did before

the op, and it's lovely not to worry about periods and contraception.

I hope it all goes well.

Take your time recovering, I tried doing too much too soon, although

not all of it was voluntary; my mum had the first of many strokes

only 8 weeks after my op and I was thrown into the role of carer

instead of being cared for, including lifting her, which was very

bad, but there was no one else at the time.

So sorry to hear your news, Beverley. I do hope the op makes you feel much

better and able to enjoy life with your two little ones.

So sorry to hear your news, Beverly. Will be thinking of you over the next few

weeks. I hope it all goes well, and that you get a chance to have some rest

afterwards. Good on you asking for help - a nearly 3 year old and a 1 year old

are exhausting (though wonderful!) at the best of times, I know.

Beverley, I am completely lost for words.

I do hope it is all sorted out and you can enjoy your time with your

children.

I hope to meet you at the ball in October.

Hugs
