> Does anyone have and secret tips for keeping white bras

white???

I am currently trying the 'colour catcher' sheets to see if they

make any difference. I can't use bio powder so this is the nearest

thing i can use. All my old feeding bras were so vile and grey that

I have chucked them all out - and my old support bras don't

come anywhere near my size now - so I have a most industrial

berlei sports bra on from lewis.

Do you still need to be fitted at 37 weeks for a feeding bra? For

me this will be christmas day! Can't see christmas week is

going to be a great week to go for a bra fitting in JL!

Ok ok ... this has been mentioned before to me - I give in I'll join ;) -

I was really surprised when my boobs stayed fuller after having fed Mari, I

really thought they would sag and this change had lasted around 2yrs so

guess it was permanent :)

Of course being PG again they've expanded now and at the moment it looks

like it wont be a problem putting babi to the breast whilst she's still

attached to the umbilical cord even if it's a short one ;)))

Mine stuck. I went from a 38A/B to a 38D. 3.5 years on I'm still a D

or a C with some makes. Sadly now I'm a 40 rather than a 38.

Bad form to follow up my own post, I know, but I realised today that she

must still be having quite a lot of milk from me in spite of only

feeding twice a day. She didn't ask for her morning feed today, so

didn't have it (now operating on the only feed her if she asks system).

I was really uncomfortably engorged by mid-morning. I thought the milk

was supposed to all be made on demand by this stage of breastfeeding (dd

is 18 months, BTW), so what's going on here?

You are likely to find that they do shrink again when you've finally stop

feeding, and then they may grow again slightly as fatty tissue replaces milk

producing tissue. No-one can really predict tho' - some women end up the

same size, some smaller, some larger.

This is true Cath, but it is also true that breasts get used to making milk

at certain times of the day. So, say your daughter feeds twice a day,

morning and evening only, for some weeks/months then your breasts will have

become accustomed to making milk twice a day - and that's what they did this

day too!
