-------------I totally agree with to check out liver function and MCS

sections of AI. I'm assuming your tea has caffeine, so this might have to do

with your liver phase 1, because caffeine is what is used in the Great Smokies

(now Genova) Liver Detox Profile to test this. So things to slow down phase

one, like grapefruit juice and niacinamide, as mentioned below, might

help. I'm not sure about the supplements in particular, but there may be

something similar happening with them. If you have fast phase one and slow

phase 2, then these things get bottle-necked there and cause symptoms. And here

is a link with more info about liver phases. It is also in our Links section of

this group.---------Jackie

Read the parts of AI that have to do with multiple chemical

sensitivities and liver function. See the bottom of p 49.

I think an emphasis on liver support supplements, and a liver friendly

diet, might help. Things like B vitamins, lecithin or acetylcholine,

essential fats, grapefruit juice or niacinamide, milk thistle,

taurine, only as tolerated.
