A while ago, we had a speaker at a branch meeting who was from the Baby

Naming Society. They were set up by Lord () Young of

Dartmouth(?), who was the creative thought behind the Open University.

They don't appear to have a website, but there is some info on

http://www.globalideasbank.org/reinv/RIS-3.HTML

At the time I met them, they were keen to give talks to NCT groups in

the Midlands and I know some people used their help to decide on a

naming ceremony which felt 'right'. (The planning is individual, not

'off-the-peg'!)

The same site also has a page on green burials

http://www.globalideasbank.org/greenburial.html

which has links to other sites like the Natural Death handbook which

someone mentioned.
