Guest guest
Hi All, I have done approx 3-4 months (total) of chelation with ALA. I have gilbert's syndrome which is a slow glutithione conjugation (which ALA speeds up) I feel wonderful on ALA (better) and worse off, and not many IF any side effects coming off of a round. What does this mean? Obviously it is helping some of my symptoms of Gilbert's but I'm not sure what this means as far as mercury left or if I ever had a problem. (I did have mineral transport derrangement with typical issues, high Nickel etc) I am taking ALA 200 MG (and yes I know thats alot, but I am tall and 235-240 pounds) every 3 hours most of the time I do it for a 1.5-2 weeks then take time off. My main symptoms (completely unrelated to chelation) over all slight fatigue, anxiety, low motivation etc, this may be partially because of the high copper (hair test) and over-methylation or low histimine. So right now I am going to concentrate on lowering copper and raising the histamine. I am aware that ALA raises copper (but also zinc) I take zinc on rounds a total of 200-250 mg a day to counter this. Any suggestions?
