I don't know what it is. I've been using zinc sulfate cream

on my skin when I get tingly feelings. Seems to help.

The dizzy could be adrenal. The drunk think sounds like some

type of detox - maybe related to candida and/or liver?? I would

try limiting time in shower/bath to see if that helps. Make sure

you are taking stuff to support liver.

Maybe try dropping the ALA for awhile and and see if things

improve. If you haven't experimented with sulfur elimination,

I would try that, too.

I strongly suspect anything that induces sweating when there's mercury

in the bloodstream to detox will cause painful, burning, itching skin

reactions.

This had been an on and off thing for me for many, many years with no

explanation, but it could happen following a hot shower, when working

out or taking long walks in clothing that didn't 'breathe' (especially

if weeks had passed when I hadn't had a chance to get a good sweat),

and hot tubs (which I'd avoid as they really knocked me out). It's a

very painful & extreme burning sensation & can take hours to subside,

felt mostly in my legs & torso...feeling more like you've been doused

in dangerous chemicals. I noticed a light case of it recurring

several times while chelating & finally made the mercury connection.

I also suspect the symptom of 'inability to sweat' is related to the

painful itching. By my years of simply holding on in 'survival mode',

I'd started pushing myself really hard to work out and force a

prolonged, pouring sweat every other day. It allowed me to manually

maintain water weight. (My body temp was so low I could easily

withstand temps in the 90's outside to accomplish this. It took 20-25

minutes at a jogging pace or rapid cycling just to start sweating.) I

used to easily gain 6-8 pounds of fluids in 3-4 days if I couldn't

sweat hard routinely. I usually got migraines along with the water

weight. This summer, I used hot outside temperatures to my advantage

like this while chelating and during a break from chelation. I

started feeling 20 years younger, and was becoming energized rather

than being totally wiped out through the next day after a workout.

I'm also acutely sensitive to the chlorine vapor in showers & really

hated taking them for many years because I'd be so zonked afterward.

Using a filter is really wonderful. Since I've used one, I can tell

when traveling that the amount in different areas & cities can really

vary. City water in my daughter's area smells like the equivalent of

pool water, leading me to wonder what keeps anyone's immune system

functioning there if they are drinking tap.
