Do you mind telling us what brands you used? Also, how did the powder

taste? What did you mix it in?

This thread has been making me think about trying maca, but there

seems to be so many choices... I tend to be sensitive and trying

several brands gets expensive.

It has helped my menstruating cycles but not with body temp. My temps

at 5-9 pm are around 96.6 tops 97.2 but then again I take my smoothie

with maca at am usually all done by 10 am. I still need more energy,

more heat at evenings.
