We've been considering bunks for when dd2 works out how to get out of the cot (not long now, I suspect), as then she and dd1 can share a room, freeing up 'the nursery' for dsd2, who has taken to spending increasingly large amounts of time here (she's 15, and it's up to her whether she's with us or her Mum), who currently has to share 'the study' with two computers, two sewing machines, two printers, my fabric stash, and anything else we can't think of anywhere else to store. But I'm not entirely convinced that bunks will be safe for a 4 year old and a two(ish) year old. Obviously dd1 will have the top one, and we'll have to get a set with a guard rail. Anyone have experience of this? Cath
