I've ordered the books but haven't received them yet and have a

question. Are any supplements important to avoid until amalgam

removal?

------------Do not take any chleators until all amalgam is removed, and this

includes ALA (alpha lipoic acid). And some people, not all, do worse on sulfury

foods and supplements, such as NAC and MSM.---------Jackie

I have a lot of amalgams. And wonder about taking iron and

selenium,

------------Selenium is good to take, but not too much. Iron depends on what

your levels are. It can cause more oxidative stress when you are toxic, and

your body may have lowered your iron stores for this reason. So Andy says that

low in the normal range is a good place to be, and only supplement it if you

really need it. He also says you can raise your iron just by taking more

antioxidants.---------Jackie

specifically, but others that may play around with the

mercury in my body.

----------Also do not take any chlorella or cilantro. Many people have gotten

worse by taking these.---------Jackie

thanks.
