Guest guest
Hi, Any pharmacy should carry saturated solution of potassium iodide (SSKI) or Lugol's solution as a prescription med. Your ND should be able to get it locally this way, or if they can write you a prescription, you could get it from the pharmacy. It's best to take the drops on a daily basis or hyper symptoms will return. Copper may help but probably not enough to avert hyperT. Take care, Elaine

Guest guest
Hi Elaine: What can I do about the Potassium Iodide dropper form that I am taking? I ran out of this today and my ND's office does not currently have this. It has been ordered. In the meantime I have upped my cal/mag hoping to ward off any extreme hyperT symptoms. I am still taking my bugleweed and my high doses of L Tyrosine. Since I have not taken any copper lately, will going back to it for a few days, will help my hyperT symptoms? Thanks,
Guest guest
Hi Elaine: Thanks again. I'll have to do the best I can for today and check with my ND tomorrow.
