I ask this because I was supposed to start by chelating round and realized I dont have anymore dmsa only ala. Can I just do one round with ALa because of the holidays, I wont get my dmsa till prob tue of next week. I have 5 days off and would love to chelate and need to chelate more like it. Some people do fine or prefer to take ALA alone. So it seems to be a personal thing.----------Jackie I ask this because I was supposed to start by chelating round and realized I dont have anymore dmsa only ala. Some people say that the DMSA lessens end of round symptoms when they take it with ALA. So you won't know how you feel on ALA only until you try it, and sounds like this is the time to try it!-------Jackie _,_.___ Messages in this topic (1) Reply (via web post) | Start a new topic Messages Change settings via the Web (Yahoo!
