Yes, you can speed up the intervals. I take mine every 2.5 hours when awake.

All I know is that I come down with the symptoms of a chelation error

even before it's time to take the next dose. Sometimes like 10-20

minutes after it's time to take the next dose.

Something is wrong here. Shouldn't I come down with symptoms of a

chelation error like about an hour after missing a dos?. Not 10 minutes?

Can I take DMSA every 3 and a half hours?

------------Yes, Andy has said that some people do better on more frequent

dosing, probably because they are fast metabolizers, so it is definitely ok to

dose at every 3-1/2 hours, or even 3. 3-1/2 can get confusing, because the time

is always changing, meaning your not on the hour, or the time each day will

change. If you want to keep the time consistent each day, then try every 3

hours.

If your Ca/P ratio is below 1 on your hair test, that is a sign of being a

fast metabolizer.---------Jackie

So it's actually safe to change time intervals during a round of

chelation?

------------Andy has always said more frequent dosing is always ok, especially

if it makes you feel better. So going from 4 hours to 3-1/2 hours during a

round is fine. I have done it. More frequent dosing keeps your blood levels of

the chelator up. Stretching doses out too far apart, lets your blood levels

drop too low, and then causes too much fluctuation when you take your next dose.

It is always best to keep your time intervals as consistent as possible, but a

1/2 hour sooner during a round shouldn't cause any problems.-------------Jackie

Thanks.

Thanks, I feel drastically better. The last 5 rounds of chelation

have been disasters. This round is going smoothly. I switched to

3:30 and felt better but I now switched to 3:00 intervals and I feel

even more better.

Generally it is best to be consistent about dose and interval

during a round. You may be fine if on occasion you take a dose

early, but people are different and you need to use your judgment.

I am better off when I am consistent.

-------------Great! So glad to hear you are feeling better. It takes a

little experimenting at first to find out what works best for you. I'm glad you

didn't give up, which maybe some would do, if having problems when they start.

That's why these groups are so wonderful, to help you through spots like this.

And since you do better with shorter intervals, keep this in mind when you start

ALA, because you will probably need to dose that more frequently also. Good

luck!----------Jackie
