Guest guest
Thanks , Ok i wanted to do the ala because of the headaches to start moving mercury and other metals out of the head area but you might be rt and I will do Jan an Feb with dmsa only , see if that helps. I chelate weekly, 3 days on and 4 days off. I will see maybe too much for my body rt now. Thanks > > > > I have been chelating with ala and dmsa at 12.5 about a month and > > about 2 months on dmsa alone. I know have terrible body pain, ache > in > > my shoulders, neck, arms and wrist. I am wondering if the mercury being moved out and moved from the muscles making this process painful. I am pretty much taking all the required supplements and some others homeopathic drainers and herbs for kidneys. Any suggestions? Any herbs for inflammation? ---------I have never used it, but in AI page 147, Andy says that Cat's Claw is anti-inflammatory, so you could try that. Says it's also anti-viral, so good for this time of year anyway!-------Jackie > It feels like on wet humid days (arthritic reactions) worse. Guest guest
Are you using milk thistle? probably but just checking. Are you sensitive to molds? Many people find their sensitivities flare up with chelation..this can be from yeast problems. Are you treating for candida? I would drop the ALA for now. I had to wait a long time before I could tolerate it. So TK is right..do a few months of dmsa. > > I have been chelating with ala and dmsa at 12.5 about a month and > about 2 months on dmsa alone.
