Guest guest
i've still not received my book yet but felt, because of the information on this site that i could give the cutler protocol a whirl. i did 12.5 mg dmsa every four hours (not a minute over!) for four days and except for some initial bloating (which i eliminated by letting the dmsa powder dissolve in my mouth rather than simply swallowing it,) i felt pretty good. i stopped the 4 day round last night. today i took a wonderful sweaty hour long sauna and, although i feel a little bit weird, fuzzy headed and slightly achy, i think the protocol worked pretty well for me. something was definitely happening... a conceptual question occurred to me; since the biggest problem is this last day of the round, this day of freed-up mercury redistribution, wouldn't it help to, say, four hours after the last dose of dmsa, take some less " attractive " less strong chelating agent for a day, something help to wind down, something that would sort of help mop up the remaining mercury that was loosened but no longer attached to dmsa. (i visualize musical chairs here:-)) y'know, a chelating agent that isn't strong enough to pull out or dissolve metals from body tissues but would be able to maybe attach to the floating around freed-up metal before it got reabsorbed. i told you it was a conceptual question :-) ~robin ps btw thank you for running this site, very helpful!
