I agree with Jackie. I don't know the posts you are referring

to that suggest that dosing, but I would not do it that way.

I suspect zinc is most likely the cause of the stomach problems.

That is a HUGE amount of zinc, even for a mercury toxic person.

And yes, the magnesium would most likely be the cause of loose

stools.

I would stop all of the supplements and add them back one at a

time in lower doses.
