I would go for (2)

I would wait until you get the DMSA to 12.5 and find that dose ok

before adding ALA, and then add it at about 5-6 mg.

Seems like I spoke a bit too soon, feeling a bit ropey again. Not

sure if it's redistribution or coming back from holiday blues….oh

well….least I am getting some good days now inbetween the bad.

I will stick at 6mg DMSA for the next round, if all goes smoothly

maybe after that will increase to 8mg. I think introducing the ALA is

too early for me.

I was feeling great away on holiday, now I'm back at work I feel

rough again.......(sigh)......My head hurts from thinking about why i

feel rough every single time i come back from holiday......
