Guest guest
. I " ll add that if you can't stand much ALA, then it probably means that you are high in sulfur and should try a low sulfur diet. (Start out restricting dairy, which is really high, eggs, coffee, onions, garlic, beans/peas, cabbage, broccali et al, but those are the big ones in descending order.) Dave. Hi , Do you know if sulfur intolerance is a lifetime thing, or only a problem while you are mercury toxic? I mean do you have avoid sulfur foods forever even after you have finsihed chelating? >I also have eliminated dairy as > food allergy test showed dairy as being quite bad What food allergy test does she used? Guest guest
Sulfur is a problem because it causes mercury redistribution. So, when the mercury goes down, the side effects caused by its redistribution also go down. After 2 1/2 years of chelation, I can now consume some sulfur foods. If I keep it up for a week or so though, then I'm in trouble.... (I can also eat wheat once in a while, as long as I wait a week or so between times. Corn allergy went completely away. Oranges, particularly satsumas, are still a problem (salicilates). Haven't tested out my problems with things like grapes (phenoics) and strawberries (??).)
