Guest guest
I finished my round yesterday, and as usual this great phenomenon that happens to me the first day off is that I feel like someone snuck in my room at night and drained my of my essential life forces....so I feel drop over drained, and have a real good headache. This happens every time..I know it's redistribution.. Which is why I am always sad to have to stop a round.... I have been popping Vitamin C since I woke up..up to 3,000mg already... Any ideas on how to get rid of these headaches and minimize the fatigue... I can ride it out, which is what I have been doing with chelation, but I am wondering if maybe someone has found a way to handle these effects better? It could entirely be due to my low adrenals and my low thyroid yes I know. Thank you for any suggestions.... The fog is creeping back in.... We've been giving extra magnesium when she complains and/or oranje juice, high in both mag and C, seems to help, you might try that. She doesn't quite say it's a headache, says her head feels funny so think this might be pulling sensations, but might work for a headache also. Let us know, Jan, so we can maybe tell what is happening with the little ones. This happens every time..I know it's redistribution.. Which is why I am always sad to have to stop a round.... Guest guest
, Have you ever tried coenzyme q10? I get occasional headaches on a round and coenzyme q10 helps with that. I feel it as a specific kind of headache, not caused by muscle tension - it feels like a stuffy dullness. Your mention of frontal lobe area reminded me of this post: http://onibasu.com/archives/am/168170.html Jay > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Jada > > > > I finished my round yesterday, and as usual this great phenomenon that > happens to me the first day off is that I feel like someone snuck in > my room at night and drained my of my essential life forces....so I > feel drop over drained, and have a real good headache. > > ===>Our little first grader has been complaining of an occasional headache ON rounds, points to her right frontal lobe area. Guest guest
That sounds like it. It's a frontal headache, and you feel a bit foggy, out of it sort of..I am a bit clumsy and disoriented. I just made one of my " don't know what to do drinks " which is Kirkman Buffered C and Kirkman Mag powder. Also took some more milk thistle. Still feeling odd but going to lay down for a bit. I did have headaches on rounds when I first tried taking ALA. I had to stop using it and do more dmsa rounds. After a while I was able to tolerate 6mg of ala for two days of the rounds. Then finally I graduated to 12.5mg the whole round. I am thinking next round I will stop the ALA on the last day and do the last few rounds of just dmsa. Maybe that will help me reduce this post round icky. I did find ala was causing the bad headaches in the beginning on rounds....I don't know how much she's on, but maybe going a bit lower or doing some dmsa only rounds. I also have to take tons of C...so your right with that. My research of combing Andy's book and this board let me to stopping the ala and doing more dmsa for a while. From what I read, if your body levels of Hg are too high, the ala will give you headaches while your on it. Lower the body levels with dmsa only rounds then proceed to ala..so that is what I ended up doing...hope that helps her some! > > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: Jada > > > > I finished my round yesterday, and as usual this great phenomenon that > happens to me the first day off is that I feel like someone snuck in > my room at night and drained my of my essential life forces....so I > feel drop over drained, and have a real good headache. > > ===>Our little first grader has been complaining of an occasional headache ON rounds, points to her right frontal lobe area. Guest guest
I have not finished getting my mercury out yet, so have not started chelating, but when I've had those nasty detox type headaches, sometimes a little molybdenum has made them go away. I dont' know if you have any or have tried that, but it might be worth a try. Guest guest
----- Original Message ----- From: Jada ? ===>I'm doubting, here, it could be too high body burden of mercury after 115+ rounds. In her case she never complained of headaches until this summer. In my thinking, which may be delusional, it's pulling the last of the mercury from her brain as she is NT, very indisguishable from her peers, language off the charts, social is stellar. We have reduced the Ala by 1/2 and also the Dmsa to a low, low 5 mgs. She only complained once this last round and some extra buffered C with cal/mag/pot did the trick. If so how did you get it/make it? We are filling capsules with Ascorbic acid when making capsules and would like to consider buffered Vit C. What are its chemical components? If so how did you get it/make it? Hi Dean, No we didn't add the buffered C to the capsules. I made them up with buffered C, then wondered about it so I asked Andy and he said that it was probably okay but he would use them up quickly. I avoided the Ascorbic acid we usually use as she had just had 5th's disease and her stomach was a little touchy. So I don't think that adding buffered C to the chelator capsules is a good idea. Guest guest
115 rounds is a differnt story... I did not realize you that was the case when I posted my experience. C often does get rid of my hg headaches here when on or off a round. We do use Kirkman Buffered C in the caps of chelators as a filler, sometimes we use Kirkman Mag, or Milk thistle and have not had a problem with it. Others may be different. > > > > > > ----- Original Message ----- > > From: Jada > > > > > > > > I finished my round yesterday, and as usual this great phenomenon that > > happens to me the first day off is that I feel like someone snuck in > > my room at night and drained my of my essential life forces....so I > > feel drop over drained, and have a real good headache. > > > > ===>Our little first grader has been complaining of an occasional > headache ON rounds, points to her right frontal lobe area.
