I went to 's funeral today and it was a very nice service with a full house at the funeral home. is a beautiful person as are s' daughters.

died from complications from the CMV Virus. He had been admitted to hospital in Manhattan, KS and later medivaced to in St Louis. He must have been very weak at the last because he had fallen and gotten bruised up they said. He fought the hard fight but finally gave in.

He was cremated so there was no viewing. He was much larger that I expected about 6'5". He had weighed about 250 but had dropped to about 195 after transplant. I thought it was very thoughtful that his memorial was set up in favor of the Second Wind Lung Transplant Association.
