" I was caught out by cysteine in this way. Muscle tested fine but totally and utterly screwed me up. But, back then I knew nothing and had not even heard of AI. Because of this I use extreme caution with all new supplements I take, even if they are from AI. Starting on low dosages and working up and only doing one at a time to see any effects. AI is my base camp.
