What things cause someone to > feel hot yet not actually be hot temperature wise? Any temperature issues are likely to be thyroid (and thereafter adrenal) in nature. You would need to get average reading of your temperatures to come to a proper conclusion, as the pattern fluctuates during a day. http://www.livingnetwork.co.za/healingnetwork/body_temperature.html DeanSA
Guest guest
Dean, I notice that when I get up and move around very much my temp drops much lower, to like 93 or 94, even in summer when its hot out, doesn't matter what time of day, so any activity makes it drop. Is that due to adrenal issues? My normal temp is always low, been on thyroid for over 20 yrs but its T4(the only thing my Dr will use), its better than nothing and not been all that effective, but with loads of metals/mercury in place I know that needs to be dealt with before I can feel much better. I'm still getting that out, but it sounds like I need to do something for adrenals now. Marcia > I > Any temperature issues are likely to be thyroid (and thereafter adrenal) in nature. Guest guest
Thanks, Dean. I did this once before a year or so ago, but I need to try it again. I'll let you know what I find. It was low and all over the place temp wise. So I didn't have a good temp and it fluctuated pretty wildly. Most Drs didn't see it as significant, though I did. Even the endocrinologist said every thing is normal. LOL FWIW, Saliva showed low cortisol (especially night time) and low DHEA. Blood showed normal or even a tiny bit above normal. DHEA was low normal as well. I also have a high within range Total Testosterone, but a low within range Free. Blood thyroid showed nothing out of the ordinary. And I've had them all checked.
