Not much.

When a person takes all of the amalgam out of their mouth, that stops

the daily dose of mercury that they get from amalgam vapor.

If the person is toxic to a certain point the presence of mercury in

their body interferes with the detoxification process, preventing much

removal of metals, if any at all.

Even if the person hasn't reached that point, the human body is not

designed to remove the quantities of heavy metals that we are exposed

to. A healthy person would be eliminating some with time, not much

compared to how much is there.

The natural clearance of mercury from the brain is so small that

significant amounts will not clear in the person's lifetime. If

someone wants to remove metals from the brain the only way is with

appropriate chelation with ALA.
