I'm guessing it's not available OTC. > > Hi , Pregnenolone is over the counter. Hydrocortisone is only from a dr and finding an 'adrenal aware' dr is no easy task. It depends on where you live? Maybe other list members can make recommendations (I don't live in the US). However, if you can travel in Seattle (I think) is the place to go. If you can't get a dr to help, you can get HC into you by buying Hydrocortisone cream and applying it daily and making sure you rotate the site.
