Guest guest
This is exactly what should help you, if my understanding of the AI book and personal experience is correct. I started using it years before I knew about the amalgam problem and it's definitely slowed the osteoarthritis issue for me. Whenever I've stopped or tried other forms of glucosamine, I get major flare-ups. Guest guest
If you're worried about sulfur foods, it is a separate issue from consuming sulfates and sulfation.
