That's exactly the problem; the 2nd crime novel didn't sell as well as the first, and apparently there has been some kind of kickback against violent thrillers in the Jewish market, so the two combined made my publishers think again about the genre. They are publishing my 3rd crime book (well I HOPE they are!!!) and if it sells well, I may have a reprieve, otherwise they will wait and see if the appetite for crime thrillers returns. > Re: covers, a person I know on another list just had her fantasy novel > published in German and she was sent a copy.
