Feingold in our house. We do butter, and hard cheeses but no milk. No

processed cheese because of the chemicals and aluminum.

It is not expected on Feingold that you will test out the foods

later. But I have found that after my son was on milk thistle for a

year he is better able to tolerate some occassional food infractions.

The reason Feingold works on him is because of his mercury toxicity,

he has impaired liver function, which in turn causes food chemicals

to build up or not be processed in the body, and you see reactions

when you eat those foods. So in theory, you get rid of the mercury,

you fix the liver..then you can tolerate the foods.

However, as I see it, most of what Feingold takes away..is nothing

any of us need to eat anyway. Food coloring and preservatives aren't

good for anyone. We don't do milk here either. We are all milk

protein intolerant.

No reason not to get a massage while on a round. In fact it might

actually faciliate detox if you get a lymphatic massage. I had one

the day of amalgam removal..it is a great treat!

Thanks Jada- my liver is fast phase 1 so I will take you advice and

keep the butter but won't try to add food just yet. I have only

started chelation and on round 6. I just love the experience of the

group, it makes life with mercury less crazy!
