You can order the book directly from Andy at www.noamalgam.com

and his hairtestbook at www.noamalgam.com/hairtestbook.html

(It is much less expensive ordering from Andy compared to amazon.com)

Yes. I ship worldwide and charge less for foreign shipping than Amazon does.

I do charge in US $, so your credit card company does whatever it is going to do

to you to

change currencies, but on the other hand you can thank W Bush for

flushing the US

$ down the toilet so my books are cheap for everyone outside the US right now.

Used to

be about 45 euros, now it is about 31 euros (inclusive of shipping, your customs

service

may ding you for some duty on the way in - nothing I can do about that, I've

asked and

there is no way to prepay it and have it come in duty free).

Mr Cutler is it possible to write ''GIFT'' on the package?

That way customs will think that somebody sent it as a gift

and I probably won't have to pay duties?

I want to order ''Amalgam ilness.

If you wish to avoid duties can you have someone in the US buy it

from Andy and ship it to you? Although this might add up to the same

amount anyway.
