I have done some reading on composite vs mercury and got really

confused.... It sounds like composite wears out sooner and I have

personally experienced that as well. Composites are not suppose to

wear more than 7-9 years, at most. My 4 amalgams are fairly big so it

means if I get my amlagams replaced with composite then in next few

years I'll have to get the crown or maybe the bridge which means

losing my teeth and burning my pocket at the same time. So isn't it

better to keep some mercury and save my teeth in the long run.

Please let me know what to do!!!!

Thanks in advance...

already told you, just maybe add a couple things. And you got

*lost* in the right place! Lots of great people here to help you with

the best and safest chelation protocol there is. JMO, of course, but

I'm sure the others agree. Also, it would help if we knew a little

more about you, like how you determined you were mercury toxic and

what your symptoms are.-----------Jackie

are supposed to wait 3 months or more before starting ALA. Our

general recommendation is to start with 12.5mg of DMSA, and then

adjust up or down, depending on how you feel and do at that

dose.-----------Jackie

There are some others in the links section.----------Jackie

found in Amalgam Illness, and start addressing any other problems you

may have, like hormones, especially adrenal and thyroid. You haven't

told us any symptoms, so hard for us to direct you. But supplements,

a healthy diet, and clean water, will all help to support your body

during chelation. And keep reading. You will start catching on and

things will make more sense. Good luck----------Jackie
