I didn't know what to do and in the end chose not to mail the test and tossed it instead. I know what you eat affects your hormones, so why do I want a bizarre day when I'm eating a ton of stuff I NEVER eat to avoid eating stuff I usually eat and they say not to? Every single day of my life I eat garlic, onions, coliform vegetables in some form in soup, salad, etc, and I don't have a single salad dressing I usually eat that DOESN't have garlic or onion. Shouldn't I be eating those to use the test?
