I once tried to do this test and felt I was eating a " whacky " diet I NEVER would

or do eat just

to avoid what they said to avoid and felt that while the results may be invalid

or skewed by

some foods, they would instead be invalid because the normal foods which no

doubt affect

my hormones are regularly part of my diet. I didn't know what to do and in the

end chose not

to mail the test and tossed it instead. I know what you eat affects your

hormones, so why do

I want a bizarre day when I'm eating a ton of stuff I NEVER eat to avoid eating

stuff I usually

eat and they say not to?

Every single day of my life I eat garlic, onions, coliform vegetables in some

form in soup,

salad, etc, and I don't have a single salad dressing I usually eat that DOESN't

have garlic or

onion. Shouldn't I be eating those to use the test?
