Guest guest
> Who do I address my complaint to? I only see shortened email > addresses on the web. From the Yahoo Groups help at http://help.yahoo.com/help/us/groups/groups-39.html (There is a link on this page which takes you to a contact form). Why isn't there a single email address I can use to ask support questions? To most effectively and efficiently answer your questions, there is no longer a single email address used for all support questions. Due to the high volume of email coming in, we've done our best to create and categorize common questions and answers to help ensure we address your needs quickly. Our goal is to answer common questions using our FAQ sections and forms where possible, allowing our Customer Care team to troubleshoot more uncommon and user-specific issues and bugs. We understand that sometimes it's helpful to talk with a person live, so we plan on establishing weekly chats on Yahoo! Chat where you'll be able to ask questions to members of our engineering and support teams. We encourage you to first look through the help files on this site for answers to your questions. We will continue to revise these help pages as needed. If you don't find the answer to your question on these pages, contact Yahoo! Customer Care. Please fill out the form with details about your question. After submitting the form, you'll receive a message confirming that your question has entered our queue. Our auto-reply will contain additional information and suggestions for places to look for additional help. If, at that point, you still have not received the information you need, reply to that email, and our support team will investigate the matter and contact you as soon as possible. As the service continues to grow, we will explore additional support alternatives based on the needs of our users.

Not ideal.... but they are free!!
