Hi All,

This is too good to not pass on. It is a small part of one of your posts Elaine.

And I know you will not mind if I share. :-)

So it seems this group was part of my healing. I know I have had many a good

chuckle here. And once I started to laugh at myself, and realize the many

'fixes' I get in, many caused by my poor old thyroid, really ARE funny. Being

mad at what was happening sure was not doing any good.

Thanks Elaine for this new FACT that I was unaware had scientific merit.

If the problem is stress, you may have to incorporate some stress-reducing

techniques such as deep breathing exercises, yoga, meditation, tai chi, journal

writing, even curling your lips up into a smile (preferably for a reason or when

no one is looking). Just smiling causes immune system changes that benefit your

immune system cells.
