If they don't call or send the biopsy report to you in about a week you can assume it was fine but go ahead and call anyway just to be sure. Get regular checkups and don't ignore any symptoms. The doctors who do these colonoscopies know when it looks like cancer. I would call in 10 days, but honestly it sound like all good news.
